TRIRIGA Application Platform Direct
TRIRIGA Application Platform Direct combines the extensive experience of TRIRIGA's Professional Services with a newly released migration toolset that will allow TRIRIGA Professional Edition (PE) customers to move to the latest in IWMS technology, TRIRIGA 9. This program provides customers with Project Management, TRIRIGA 9 installation and data migration services.
TRIRIGA Professional Services offers options such as customer specific report development, interfaces to other business systems and installation of additional instances of TRIRIGA 9. These options allow customers to more closely align Application Platform Direct with their own individual business needs, which adds further value to their TRIRIGA 9 experience. TRIRIGA Application Platform Direct accelerates the TRIRIGA 9 implementation through the use of data migration templates and Professional Services assistance in importing Professional Edition data into the new system. TRIRIGA Application Platform Direct includes the following:
- One day project kickoff
- A certified TRIRIGA Project Manager to track all important implementation tasks
- Validation of the customers hardware and software setup
- Assistance in identification of the required customer resources for the implementation
- Installation of one instance of TRIRIGA 9 in the customer's IT infrastructure by a TRIRIGA certified System Analyst
- Professional Edition to TRIRIGA 9 data migration templates
- TRIRIGA assistance in the loading of existing Professional Edition data into the templates
- TRIRIGA assistance in the validation of the data transfer from Professional Edition to TRIRIGA 9
