TRIRIGA's Fusion Methodology
TRIRIGA's Fusion Methodology is designed to empower the project team to effectively implement TRIRIGA solutions while efficiently managing the activities, risks, and success of the project. The Fusion Methodology of Implementation is founded on the knowledge of industry best practices developed and honed over many years of service in the marketplace. This knowledge is fused with the technology of the new TRIRIGA Application Platform and the proven processes and best practices gathered through successful implementations.
The Fusion Methodology consists of six distinct, yet related phases. Each phase is designed specifically to build upon the success of the previous phase. The Fusion Methodology contains numerous project management and monitoring activities created to ensure each project initiated will conclude successfully. All the phases are designed to flow as a re-iterative process, similar to a circle, building and linking the previous step and allowing re-entry at any point. This helps us end up at the best, not just a predictable, outcome.
The six phases are:
- Phase One - Introduction and Strategy
- Phase Two - Exploration and Design
- Phase Three - Development
- Phase Four - Testing and Training
- Phase Five - Deployment
- Phase Six - Post Deployment
The Fusion Methodology is also scalable. This allows for application of best practices weighed with the client's needs to define a scope for implementation that is a reasonable response to their needs and goals. Success is paramount in any project whether defined in terms of budget, schedule, scope, innovation, or bottom line.
