Assessment Services TRIRIGA Professional Services offers assessment services aimed at evaluating the current state of a company's Facility Infrastructure Management solutions. The scope of assessments may cover anything from a single element of a customer's systems or processes, all the way to a comprehensive review. Assessments provide recommendations for improvements, including cost management, best practices, process improvement, end-user satisfaction, technology, and complexity.
System Architecture Design After a customer has selected the TRIRIGA solutions that best meet their business needs, TRIRIGA Professional Services can work with their technical staff to recommend a deployment strategy that will enable maximum performance, reliability and availability.
Systems Implementation Planning TRIRIGA offers planning services designed to help our customers successfully implement our products in a cost-effective and timely manner. We work with our customers to establish and manage the appropriate mix of skills, resources, and timing to ensure that customers meet their business goals.
Systems Implementation Systems Implementation is the arena in which TRIRIGA's best practices program most clearly demonstrates its power and value. The program is keyed on best practices implementation of all TRIRIGA products thereby allowing customers to not only take advantage of our product expertise, but also leverage economies of scale across service lines. By offering our customers a range of implementation services in the two different categories of Packaged Services and Tailored Services, TRIRIGA is able to meet the unique needs of customers at every level and in every industry.
Application Services TRIRIGA's Application Services has been established to minimize the risks and costs of implementation and tailoring of TRIRIGA's products. Based on the client's design requirements, this team tailors our applications to accommodate client specific needs. Experience has proven that the most effective implementation method for tailoring and implementing client systems is to first develop the application design in close coordination with the client's staff followed by tailoring by TRIRIGA's Application Services Team.
Technical Services The Technical Services Team provides technical support for the implementation, including integration, installation, data migration, load testing, and balancing. This highly skilled team of technical specialists help make sure your TRIRIGA solutions are installed in your environment to optimal specifications.
Customer Education The Professional Services department conducts regularly scheduled, instructor-led product training courses for our customers' technical administrators and implementation staff at TRIRIGA training facilities and at customer sites worldwide.
