Reporting

TRIRIGA's native Report Manager helps you create, edit, run, and export reports on virtually any data in the database. While the system is delivered with a set of over 100 pre-defined, ready-to-use standard reports, bar graphs, pie graphs, and forms, TRIRIGA's customers are not forced to utilize "cookie cutter" reports or pay significant fees for custom report creation. TRIRIGA also offers enhanced integration with Crystal Reports. This tool offers the power and flexibility of Crystal's industry-leading business intelligence tool, embedded in the TRIRIGA portal. Some advantages of this offering include:

  • Connections to the TRIRIGA database will be pre-configured, saving significant time and labor in setting up a reporting environment to produce the metrics that management demands. Immediate access means immediate results.
  • In addition to the reporting tool, TRIRIGA will offer a set of best practice Reports and KPIs that provide business intelligence for all application modules and functions. This report set will continue to grow over time, giving customers access to an increasing array of readily usable reports, graphs, and charts that they can tailor to meet their specific needs.
  • Access to the report writing and viewing tools will be managed through the TRIRIGA Security Manager, meaning customers can use the same tools to control access to business intelligence as they do to control access to core applications.

In short, TRIRIGA's Crystal integration is much more than an add-on report-writing tool. It is embedded within the TRIRIGA portal, meaning it will be accessible directly from within TRIRIGA, without requiring users to open another application.

CAD Integration

TRIRIGA's CAD Integrator provides a bi-directional interface between CAD drawings and the TRIRIGA database. Changes in CAD drawings will update the associated objects in the database and, vice versa, changes in the database will update the associated CAD drawings. TRIRIGA has updated the CAD Integrator to include many customer requested enhancements, including:

  • Leveraging the TRIRIGA Application Platform
  • Enhanced queries and labels
  • Optional space numbering by grid when you Upload Locations
  • Support for Overlay boundaries for Floor Level Charge backs and Building Systems
  • Enhanced discrepancy management after synchronization to the database

Document Manager

TRIRIGA's native Document Manager posts documents, drawings, contracts, and so forth for other team members to access, view, and edit. Internal security settings help administrators control which employees and business partners can view, edit, create, or delete any particular file or document set. In short, the Document Manager provides revision and versioning control to maintain document integrity and create a comprehensive document history and audit trail. Documents can be checked in and out by authorized users and comments, notes, and threaded discussions can be attached to all documents.
