Marketing Programs Manager (Marketing)

Responsibilities

  • Create and implement targeted lead generation and maturation strategies for new and existing products across multiple channels: on-line marketing, direct mail, email and social media
  • Produce, distribute, and manage marketing distribution lists
  • Implement targeted list selection and negotiate list acquisition and rental for targeted marketing campaigns
  • Design, implement and maintain a marketing ROI model to target consumer response and measure success of marketing campaigns
  • Conduct response analysis on marketing distribution lists
  • Identify for process/product improvement by mining the data for valuable insights
  • Develop marketing themes, content and key messaging for marketing programs, events and campaigns
  • Create and implement repeatable programs to develop and nurture inquiries and leads through the marketing and sales pipeline
  • Execute on marketing programs, monitoring them from start to finish, measuring results and reporting back
  • Develop, implement and report appropriate marketing tests for the betterment of the TRIRIGA's marketing programs and campaigns
  • Manage and track program and campaign performance on a monthly and quarterly basis:
  • Target account penetration
  • Marketing ROI
  • Design, outline and manage key marketing deliverables for marketing programs
  • Oversee timelines for marketing program development and execution. Organize and coordinate all Marketing program activities and resources. Maintain 6-month calendar of marketing programs, events and marketing content.
  • Ensure compliance with all TRIRIGA policies and regulatory requirements surrounding Customer Privacy and Information Security

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years experience with marketing programs management and lead generation within B2C or B2B company
  • Proven execution of lead generation activities with significant results
  • Background marketing to Fortune 500 companies, with keen understanding of complex systems and multi-million dollar account sales
  • Programs expertise such as direct mail, e-mail campaigns, on-line marketing, social media campaigns
  • Business to business marketing with direct sales force
  • Extensive experience with marketing metrics and management reporting
  • Superb creative and writing skills to design marketing program strategy, marketing program messaging and themes
  • Demonstrated ability to manage, lead and motivate small teams

Education

Must have either bachelors degree or equivalent work experience.
